It is with great pleasure that the Steinway Piano Gallery of Kansas City presents Steinway Artist, Stephen Nielson, on Thursday, March 3. Stephen Nielson's unique concert career spans more than four decades and encompasses more than 3.000 concerts worldwide in amazingly varied venues. In addition to his concert career, he has enjoyed success as a published composer/arranger, and his discography includes recordings of the classical repertoire, music for piano and cello as well as hymn tunes in the classical style. His lifelong passion for teaching in his award-winning private studio culminated in his induction in 2019 to the inaugural Steinway & Son Teacher Hall of Fame.
