Ingrid Clarfield, Professor of Piano at Westminster Choir College of Rider University for 40 years and author of 25 pedagogical books, is well known nationally as a teacher, performer, clinician, adjudicator, and author. Professor Clarfield began her studies with Mr. Perry at Oberlin College Conservatory of Music during his very first year teaching there.

Rose McCathran is a highly respected, sought-after private teacher and lecturer in New Jersey. She started receiving John’s and Ingrid’s pedagogical wisdom when she was 15 years old during Westminster’s High School Piano Camp, which is directed by Professor Clarfield. This training continued as Rose received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Piano Pedagogy and Performance at Westminster Choir College as a student of Ingrid Clarfield.
